Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing/subscribing or using any service offered by High Five Reviews (hereinafter “Provider”), you (hereinafter “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these lawful Terms & Conditions. This agreement is entered into in good faith by both parties, with the intent to honor the commitments outlined herein.

2. Nature of Business

High Five Reviews is offered and operated through Jaikeb Lawrence Perez Trust. The Provider offers visibility improvement solutions for local businesses, including but not limited to:

• Google Business Profile optimization

• Google review generation systems

• NFC and QR-based customer feedback tools

• Local SEO enhancements

• Support, strategy, and educational content

All services are provided in the private domain unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• Review Flow: $497 one-time setup fee, billed separately following any trial period. $197/month for ongoing service.

• Local Lift: $597 one-time setup fee, billed separately following any trial period. $197/month for ongoing subscription (PRO), and $247/month for ongoing subscription (PRO+).

• Subscriptions are billed automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Setup and Delivery Timeline

Setup services begin once the Client completes all onboarding steps, submits requested materials, and confirms payment. Standard setup is delivered within 6–10 business days unless otherwise communicated.

5. Ownership and Access

Client retains full control over their business assets (e.g., Google accounts). Provider is granted limited administrative access only for the purpose of fulfilling contracted services. Upon cancellation or nonpayment, such access may be revoked at the discretion of either party.

All custom-built tools, templates, and intellectual property created by Provider remain the property of Jaikeb Lawrence Perez Trust unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Client may cancel any subscription with a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Provider reserves the right to terminate services at any time in the event of abuse, fraud, or nonpayment, with or without notice. Any obligations accrued prior to termination remain enforceable.

7. Good Faith Clause

All services are rendered in good faith and lawful intent, with the desire to benefit the Client and promote honest business growth. Misuse, misrepresentation, or attempts to weaponize the service against third parties void this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Provider makes no guarantee of specific search rankings, traffic increases, or review volumes. Results vary based on industry, location, competition, and client participation. Under no circumstances shall Provider be liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the fees paid for service.

9. Private Agreement Clause

This is a private agreement between living parties. It is not subject to corporate statutory adhesion contracts, and does not constitute joinder with any public franchise, agency, or foreign jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be settled privately, honorably, and with mutual respect.

10. Modifications

Terms may be updated with written notice. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
